Alison R. Jean-Julien, MSN, MBA, NE-BC is a passionate nurse leader and healthcare executive dedicated to advancing patient care, strengthening team culture, and driving clinical excellence. She serves as Senior Director of Medical and Subspecialty Nursing at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she leads strategic initiatives and operational performance across specialty areas. Alison is known for improving patient outcomes, enhancing the family experience, and developing high-performing teams. With a strong foundation in nursing and business, she is currently pursuing her DNP in Executive Leadership. She remains committed to equity, innovation, and shaping the future of nursing leadership.

Jennifer Oseroff, MS, OTR/L, is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience, currently serving in the NICU and inpatient pediatrics at Georgetown University Hospital. She is passionate about helping children build the foundational skills they need to thrive and supporting families every step of the way. Jennifer also brings a deeply personal perspective as a medical mom. Outside of work, she is a wife of 20 years and a proud mom of two teenagers.

Robyn Gubicza

Robyn Gubicza, BSN, RN, is a wife and mother of three who lives in the Philadelphia area. She brings more than 14 years of nursing experience, including a career as a registered nurse in a Level III NICU, where she supported infants and families through some of their most vulnerable moments.
As a mother to a son with multiple disabilities, including deafness, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disability related to congenital cytomegalovirus (cCMV), Robyn also brings the perspective of a medical mom and advocate. Her personal experience has deepened her understanding of the lifelong journey that can follow a diagnosis and the importance of compassionate, connected support for families.
After 14 years at the bedside, Robyn recently stepped away from nursing to focus on her family while continuing to support the communities she cares deeply about.
